How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get an estimated delivery date in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every FurHolm order ships free to the US. No minimum required.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at furholmsupport@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships.

Products

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. Every product we carry is tested and made from pet-safe materials. We wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't use on our own animals.

What if my pet doesn't like the product?

It happens — pets have opinions. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on everything. If it doesn't work for your pet, we'll refund you in full.

Do you have size guides?

Size information is included on each product page. When in doubt, measure your pet and compare to the size chart — or email us and we'll help you pick the right size.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
